special place in the school

 I can smell sweet food and see my freinds 

on the tree and playing hand. 

I taste air and I can touch fluffy ground

and lumpy floor.

I can hear birds in a tree singing

and I can feel air blowing through my hands.

I feel surprised that I can see my freinds

in the play ground and feel happy that 

I can see my teacher teaching

my class.  

Same and Different

Today we were learning about space junk. We talked about same and different rubbish in space and on earth. 

I really enjoyed learning about space junk. I liked watching the video of the rocket. 

We Made A House

me and douglas made a big house with a dog in a litte house we youst chouk to draw a house with a kichin and stears and people with are car and a roud and some grass anda pool and a bed and a shop
it was fun.

This is my reading for today.
I practised reading and thinking about which words go where. I was surprised when I got all the answers correct. Mrs B says that is because I used a good strategy by crossing out the words I've already used as I go along. It was fun.

Tuesday Writing Why ANZAC DAY is Important to New Zealanders

Anzac is important to New Zealanders because
it's to remember all our New Zealand soldiers who served our country.

Anzac day is a national day of remembrance in Australia and New Zealand who served in all wars.
We remember Anzac Day every year on the 25th of April to honour fallen soldiers.

Me and my family go to the dawn ceremony every year in Mangonui,
to watch the service.
